The Earth is Here to Hold You

If you are navigating challenges in your life & don’t know where to look to, this is your reminder that the Earth is always here to hold you.💜

Go to her when your heart is breaking & feel how she holds you gently in her loving embrace until you feel whole again.

Go to her when you feel lost & confused and feel how she grounds you back into the here & now.

Go to her when you feel angry & enraged and watch how she guides your fire into right action & cleans your heart with her waters.

Go to her when you feel joyful & watch as she celebrates and plays with the magical child within you.

Go to her when you need clarity & open to receive her guidance that she is always willing to offer.

Go to her when you desire to find forgiveness in your heart & feel how she invites you to lay it all down & return to love.

Go to her when you feel like everything is wrong and let her remind you of the divine perfection in all things.

Go to her when you feel like you’re not enough or too much & let her clean you of the illusions of the mind.

Go to her when you feel fragmented & disconnected from yourself and let her teach you how to embrace your wholeness.

Go to her when you feel overflowing, ecstatic, & in love and offer her your gratitude & watch as she responds.

Pray to her. Spend time with her. Develop a relationship with her. Learn to listen to her & the ways in which she loves & embraces you fully & unconditionally, without judgement, without expectation.

She speaks through the winds that blow, the waters that flow, the plants that grow, & in ways only our spirit can truly feel & know.

As she gently guides us back home to the love that exists within, we not only understand how to love ourselves & those around us better, but how to love and take better care of her as well.
